Two paintings of people in Algerian traditional clothes. The first one showing a bridal couple and the other one two elderly men asking for some alms.
The paintings are beautiful in detail and coloring. They are signed at the bottom right and one has a date and the location Algeria. Signatures and date are hard to make out, probably S. Reglais and ’48.
The paintings are oil on panel and both in good condition. Both are 30 by 19 cm without frame and 35 by 24 cm with frame.
