A 20th century Iranian chess board

 This beautiful 20th century chess board was made in Iran. The chess pieces are silver and gold colored, and the set is complete. The gold-colored pieces form an Ottoman army, and the silver colored a Roman army. The chess pieces can be stored away in a draw at the bottom of the board. 

All is in good condition, except that base is missing a piece at the corner.

The dimensions are 40 by 40 by 9 cm
